Bullard energy center


Bullard Energy Center is a 200MW intermediate-style plant developed by DG Power.  Located in the industrial area of northwest Fresno, California, the site was first permitted by the City of Fresno for a 48MW GE LM6000 unit.  In 2004 Energy Investors Funds acquired the project.  The company was later awarded a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement by Pacific Gas & Electric Co. for 200MW of capacity, utilizing two General Electric LMS 100 units.  However, the project was terminated by EIF in 2008.

Panoche Energy Center is a 400MW intermediate-style plant developed by DG Power that became operational in August 2009.  The plant is located adjacent to PG&E’s Panoche Substation in western  Fresno County, California, two miles east of Interstate 5.  In 2004 Energy Investors Funds acquired the project.  The company was later awarded a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement by Pacific Gas & Electric Co. for 400MW of capacity, utilizing four General Electric LMS 100 units – the first LMS 100’s deployed in California.
